Sunday, July 4th, 2038
"Jesús Salazar will never play baseball again." Those were the words of his doctors. Salazar, the ParksNRec closer, sustained a career-ending injury in yesterday's Pawnee-Syracuse game at Stark Stadium. He suffered a torn ulnar collateral ligament. It happened throwing a pitch.

Salazar has nailed down 3 saves to date. In 14.1 innings he has fanned 9 batters and walked 8. His pitching record is no wins and 4 losses with a 3.77 ERA.
