Lesley Goes 6-for-6 Sunday, May 19th, 2041 6 hits in a game is a rare thing, but Santa Barbara's Ernest Lesley made it happen today against the Dodos. Everything came together at the plate for the 22-year-old third baseman as he collected 6 hits in 6 at-bats -- and led the Golden Cranes to a 17-10 win at Dodos Ballpark. "I'm just out there to try and help the team win," Lesley said after the game, "I had some real good at-bats today. I made good, solid contact and luckily no one caught 'em." Ernest Lesley singled in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, hit a solo-shot off Okura Yamasaki in the 7th and hit an RBI single in the 8th.
