May's #1 Hurler Announced: Raghunathan Wins Award Wednesday, June 1st, 2044 Any time a rookie makes a splash on the scene, it's got to be great for his career potential. Just ask Karisnu Raghunathan, who put together a stellar month out of the pen. The Kansas Rainbeaus reliever, 24, kept the opposition off balance all month as he held them to a .163 average and walked away with the USSL Triple A Pitcher of the Month award for May. Raghunathan posted a 0-1 mark and a 0.64 ERA in 14 relief appearances. In 14 innings, he had 11 saves, 15 strikeouts, and 4 walks. |
