Park Nabs 3AA Weekly Award Monday, August 27th, 2035 So far in his young career, Tae-wan Park has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the M3L Double A in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 23-year-old Asheville Highlanders center fielder hit at a torrid .476 clip as he collected 10 hits in 21 at-bats, 1 home run, 7 RBIs and 7 runs scored. For the season, Park is hitting at a .232 clip with 4 home runs, 36 RBIs and has scored 30 runs. He has 49 hits, 29 walks and a .320 on-base percentage. |
