Kangas Named PAA Outstanding Pitcher Award Winner Sunday, October 10th, 2038 Raimo Kangas of the Mercer Island Screaming Eagles is in the spotlight today. He was acclaimed the best pitcher in the USPL Double A and will be honored with the 2038 Outstanding Pitcher Award. He started 21 games and compiled a 13-1 record with an ERA of 2.96 in 124.2 innings with 128 strikeouts. He received 9 first place votes out of a possible 10.
