White Goes Cycling Friday, August 1st, 2042 It was a quite a day for Tim White at Ballpark of Hughesville. He hit for the cycle, belting out every kind of hit there is -- a single, double, triple and home run. The Tulsa center fielder accomplished the rare feat during his team's 6-1 victory over the Fort Knox Centennial. "I never even thought about hitting for the cycle and what do you know, I did it," he told BNN reporters at the postgame press conference. "The cycle really doesn't matter to me, it's the win that's important." White went 4-for-4 in the game with 3 runs batted in and 2 runs scored. Tim White hit an RBI triple in the 1st, doubled in the 4th, hit a solo-shot off Wayne Hankins in the 6th and hit an RBI single in the 7th.
