Memphis Captures Premier R Crown Saturday, September 5th, 2043 Memphis Music fans have reason to celebrate today, as their franchise is the class of the Premier R. With their record standing at 61-33, the club officially wrapped up the division title today, for the 1st time. Manager Jim Thornton said everyone on their roster is looking forward to the postseason and trying to capture the club's 1st championship. "That's what you dream about your whole life," Thornton said. Shortstop Roberto Torres added that it's a great feeling to win the division, but said ultimately, a PL R Championchip victory is what will mark success for the club. |
