Season Ends for Mike Bergquist of Tulsa Saturday, June 14th, 2042 Mike Bergquist will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the Tulsa reliever could miss the remainder of the year. Bergquist was injured while throwing a pitch in the Otters-Rhinos clash at The Zoo recently. Doctors said he has a torn meniscus and would be out a minimum of 4 months. This year Bergquist is 1-and-0 with no saves and a 4.21 ERA. He has given up 32 hits in 25.2 innings with 22 strikeouts. |
