July's SR Batter of Month Award Announced Tuesday, August 1st , 2045 Terry Valdéz put together a good July to earn the USSL Rookie Batter of the Month prize. A virtual unknown, he made the most of his chance to prove to Quebec City officials that he belongs on the big league roster. The Baby Blues center fielder posted a .381 batting average with 8 home runs, 28 RBIs and 21 runs scored. Valdéz is currently batting .333 with 12 home runs and 55 RBIs. |
