Oerlemans Selected Top Player Monday, June 24th , 2047 Crowley Cajuns center fielder Huub Oerlemans had a great time at the plate last week, running up some sensational numbers that no one else could match. Few people were surprised today when the M3L Rookie named him Player of the Week. Oerlemans banged out 10 hits in 21 at-bats on the way to a .476 batting average. He also racked up 2 home runs, 5 RBIs and 6 runs scored. Oerlemans is hitting .328 for the season with 5 home runs, 20 RBIs and 20 runs scored. He has 41 hits in 125 at-bats and played in 34 games. |
