Jean-Claude Leprêtre Captures 3R Award Monday, July 30th , 2046 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the M3L Rookie, but last week Jean-Claude Leprêtre of the Crowley Cajuns reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Leprêtre rocked opposing pitching for a .500 average (9-for-18), 2 home runs and 7 RBIs to come away with the award. This year Leprêtre is hitting .280, produced 44 RBIs and 8 home runs, scored 42 times and gotten on base at a .302 rate. |
