Mockingbirds Stumble, Lose to Pandas
Montana third baseman Ken Ervin had a 3-RBI game, which helped his team beat the Memphis Mockingbirds, 8-0. Reliever David Rubin picked up the win. His record improves to 2-1. Fernando Lujino, who finished 3rd in the SL in innings pitched with 141.0 in 2046, took the loss. The Mockingbirds, at 38-57, have lost 4 straight games.

Ervin made an early impact for Montana when he stroked his 1st home run of the season. The 3-run home run, which came in the top of the third, put the Pandas on top, 5-0.
