Blue Demons shortstop Ooze Abraham Siebert left his mark on his team's 5-4 win over the Las Vegas Flamingos. Siebert, who is tied for 3rd in the SL in triples with 4, went 3 for 4 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2 for Mexico City in the contest. Leonard Dennis closed the door for Mexico City, picking up his 28th save of the year. The Blue Demons sit in 7th place in the Silver League with a record of 48-51.

In the bottom of the sixth, Mexico City designated hitter Gareth Kvernoey gave his team the lead. With two out and a runner on 3rd, Music Man hit his 3rd home run of the year. Las Vegas pitcher Júlio Mora surrendered it. With that, the Blue Demons jumped in front, 5-4.

"Winning makes the heart grow fonder -- for more winning," said Siebert, cracking a smile.
