Toronto got a valiant performance from pitcher Tai sun Rang, but it wasn't enough to beat the Vancouver Grey Wolves. Vancouver won the game, 5-4. Rang threw 8.1 innings of 3-hit ball for the losing team. The Grey Wolves saw their record improve to 54-53.

The Grey Wolves got a clutch hit from designated hitter Juan Orozco. In the bottom of the tenth, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Grey Wolves.
