No one was more impactful than Reynaldo Díaz in the 6-4 Pittsburgh win over Buckhead. Díaz, who is tied for 10th in the SL in doubles with 24, was 3-4 with a home run, a double, and was hit by a pitch, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2. Cipriano Flores earned the save for Pittsburgh, his 22nd of the year. The losing streak for Buckhead has now reached 4 games.

Carlos Rivera, who leads the SL in stolen bases with 29, aided the Pittsburgh cause with a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the top of the seventh. For the game, the pinch hitter drove in one run.
