Boston Patriots starter Jesús Ramírez was in a rhythm all game. He led his team to a win over the Buffalo White Walkers, 4-1. Yong-hyun Kim collected his 8th save.

Early in the game, third baseman Bill Meeks had a 2-run double for Boston. It was his 6th double of the season and put the Patriots on top, 2-0.

"I'm just trying to make good contact," said Meeks, "one at-bat at a time."

The Patriots improved to 14-9.
