At Megaffin Park, the Kingston Ponies and Oakland Oaks were greeted by an enthusiastic crowd.

Kingston had no answer for 32-year old right-handed pitcher Scott Bishop. The Oakland Oaks starter stymied Ponies hitters, helping the Oaks cruise to victory, 6-0. The Ponies drop to 5-10.

In the top of the third, the Oaks took the lead, 2-0, when 26-year old left fielder Raúl Vega drew a walk, driving in 1 run.

"Scott did a heck of a job," said Oakland manager DAshley GoAs.
