Grey Wolves, Zagallo Deal Battery 2-1 Setback
|
Vancouver Grey Wolves starter Dionísio Zagallo was in a rhythm all game. He led his team to a win over the Charleston Battery, 2-1. Charleston now has a record of 12-8.
Zagallo, the winner, is now 1-2. In 7.1 innings of work, he gave up no runs on 2 hits, while collecting 5 Ks. He essentially shut down the Charleston offense.
"If we keep winning the close games," Zagallo said, "we'll be in good shape at the end."
