Green Goes Deep Twice in 16-2 Battery Win
Charleston catcher Jake Green helped his team beat the Nova Scotia Leviathan, 16-2. Green went 3 for 4 for the Battery. The second-place Battery now have a win-loss record of 19-11.

Christian Weaver cracked a home run off Manuel Peña in the bottom of the first. His 3-run blast put the Battery on top, 3-0. In all, Weaver had 1 single in addition to the home run, while going 2 for 4.

"We had a nice day," said Charleston skipper Matt Hunt.
