Popovic goes 3-for-4 in Seattle Win
Eager fans turned out for a matchup between the Seattle Rocketeers and New Orleans Voodoo.

Getting a good performance from first baseman Ostoja Popovic, the Seattle Rocketeers defeated the New Orleans Voodoo, 6-4. Popovic went 3 for 4 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 and driving in 3 for the Rocketeers. Rodrigo Herrera notched the win in relief. The left-hander allowed no runs on no hits in 1.1 innings. His record now sits at 1-0.

Seattle took a 5-4 lead on Vincent Green's 7th double of the season. The run-scoring double, which Green hit in the bottom of the eighth, left New Orleans pitcher Yoshimasa Sato visibly frustrated.

"Say want you want about this team, they play nine innings hard," said Seattle manager Andrew Powell.

Seattle is now 13-13, while New Orleans is 13-13.
