Buffalo Earns 4-3 Win
|
The Buffalo White Walkers handed the Seattle Rocketeers a loss at Boeing Dome. The final score was 4-3. Tyler Adams was one of the major contributors for Buffalo. In addition to his 4 singles and 1 home run, he scored 2 runs and drove in 1. Today's win puts Buffalo at 16-12, while Seattle falls to 14-14.
Buffalo used the timely hitting of John Lake to seize the win. The catcher stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the 11th inning to put the White Walkers on top, 4-3. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.
Buffalo manager Chris Lau was pleased with the team's effort. "Our guys played hard," he said.
