Flyers Take Home 3-0 Win Over Jersey City
|
Pennsauken beat Jersey City on the strength of starting pitcher Rich Baker's fine effort. The left-hander led his team to a win, 3-0. With the win, Pennsauken climbs to 3-2.
Nick Watson hit a run-scoring double off Marty Collins in the bottom of the sixth, which put the Flyers in front, 1-0. In addition to the double, Watson had 1 single, while going 2 for 4.
"We put some tough at-bats on some tough pitches," said Pennsauken manager Dave Morse.
