Behind a solid performance from catcher Arturo Prado, the Baltimore Bullets defeated the Boston Patriots, 10-3. Prado went 3-3 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 4 for the Bullets. Baltimore starter Kenny Riley was credited with the win after throwing 110 pitches over 8.1 innings. His record now stands at 2-1. The win puts Baltimore at 9-22.

With Baltimore leading 1-0 in the top of the first, Prado hit a cutter from Jim Everhart for a run-scoring double. It was his 3rd double of the season and put the Bullets ahead, 2-0.

"Nice to see our side come away with the win," Prado said after the game.
