Due in large part to third baseman Sandross Bañaga, the Sacramento Redlegs sunk the Tortolita Drummers, 4-0. Bañaga was 4 for 5 with a double and 3 singles. The win puts Sacramento at 12-7.

In the bottom of the second inning, right fielder Esteban Ortega had a 2-run double for Sacramento. It was his 8th double of the season and put the Redlegs on top, 2-0.

"Nice to see our side come away with the win," Bañaga said after the game.
