Billy Goats Use Late Surge to Win
Jeff Hines left his imprint on the 8-4 Colorado win against the Seattle Rocketeers. Hines, who is tied for 10th in the PL in triples with 1, was 3 for 4 with a double, 2 singles, and a walk. He scored 3 runs. Colorado, at 18-19, holds down 7th place in the Premier League.

Colorado used the timely hitting of Phil Fields to seize the win. The designated hitter stroked a 2-run single in the top of the ninth inning to put the Billy Goats on top, 6-4. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a game-changer.

"I keep on showing up every day and trying to put up good at-bats and find good pitches to hit," said Hines.
