Getting offensive support from Albert Devigorerrazuriz, the Syracuse Squirrel Monkeys topped the Pennsauken Flyers, 9-4. Devigorerrazuriz went 3-4 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 4 for the Squirrel Monkeys. Miguel López closed the game out for Syracuse, earning his 6th save. Syracuse is 7th in the Premier AAA with a record of 10-12.
Syracuse grabbed control in the bottom of the sixth. With two out and the bases loaded, Chris Cook delivered a 2-run single, to make it 3-1, in favor of the Squirrel Monkeys.
