Nathan Sims, who is tied for 6th in the PAAA in wins with 3, was terrific for the Jersey City Tritons in his team's 2-0 triumph over the Montreal Machine. His performance earned Sims rave reviews. Alberto Martínez earned the save for Jersey City, his 1st of the year. Jersey City is now 10-17. Montreal is 13-14.

Sims, who was born in Toledo, Ohio, threw 93 pitches over 8 innings, while allowing no runs.

"I made a lot of good pitches," said Sims. "I was right where I wanted to be."
