The Baltimore Bullets picked up a win at Baltimore Grounds, taking down the Toledo Stingers, 3-1. Starting pitcher Kenny Riley was a big reason why. The winner was Riley. He threw 7.1 innings of 5-hit ball. The loser was Jorge Souza. The 'W' lifts Baltimore's record to 12-27.

The Bullets benefited from a costly error in the bottom of the sixth. With Walter White at bat and Baltimore leading 2-1, the Toledo miscue allowed Baltimore to plate 1 and take the lead, 3-1.

"We just try to have good at-bats, whether we're winning, losing, or tied," said White.
