Ynegas Powers Brass to 8-4 Win
|
The 8-4 Baton Rouge win over Jersey City was due largely to Claudio Ynegas. The Brass designated hitter went 4 for 4 with a home run and 3 singles. He scored 2 times and drove in 2. Tai sun Huo nailed down his 6th save. The Baton Rouge winning streak has reached 3 games.
The Brass got a gift in the top of the fourth inning, when they were leading 3-2. With one out and the bases loaded, Graham White reached on an error by the 2B, driving in 1 run. It made the score 4-2, Baton Rouge.
