The bats were silent much of the day at Dog Park in Ellenburg. But 23-year old first baseman Jorge Ybarra produced just enough offense to carry the Flyers past the Ellenburg Fighting Dachshunds, 3-2. Ybarra went 2-3 with a home run and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. Pennsauken is now 22-15.

Pennsauken used the timely hitting of Greg Nash to seize the win. The catcher stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the seventh inning to put the Flyers on top, 3-2. It was his only hit in 3 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"Every loss stings," said Ellenburg manager Pedro Rodríguez. "This one is no exception."
