Eager fans turned out for a matchup between the Ellenburg Fighting Dachshunds and Kansas Rainbeaus.

The exploits of second baseman Evan Cook, who is tied for 4th in the PAAA with a .868 OPS, helped the Ellenburg Fighting Dachshunds defeat the Kansas Rainbeaus, 5-2. Cook was 3-4 with a home run and a double. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. Ellenburg reliever Tim Strong picked up the win, upping his record to 2-0. Elton Brown absorbed the loss. Javier Vargas was called on to finish, recording his 3rd save.
