The Montreal Machine picked up a win at Stade Olympique, dropping the Ellenburg Fighting Dachshunds, 4-2. Gary Smith, who is rated as the 67th best prospect by BNN, was the difference-maker. In 6 innings, Smith surrendered 6 hits, while striking out 4 and walking 1. He allowed 1 run. Rudolph Williams earned the save for Montreal, his 4th of the year.
