Bakersfield Nobles starter Sanya Matlah turned in a top-notch performance against the Jersey City Tritons at Jerome Grounds. The result was a win for the Nobles, 6-1. Matlah, now 1-4, was the winner. In 6 innings, he gave up 3 hits, while striking out 8, walking 4, and allowing 1 run. Israel Ramos earned the save for Bakersfield, his 1st.
