Claudio Ynegas left his imprint on the 6-5 Baton Rouge win against the Sacramento Redlegs. Ynegas, who is tied for 10th in the PAAA in home runs with 8, went 2-4 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 3. Brant Atkinson snagged the win in relief. He goes to 2-1 on the season. Shafeeq bin Fakhry suffered the loss. Jack MacAlonie earned the save for Baton Rouge, his 5th of the year.

Ynegas contributed a big hit, a 3-run home run, for Baton Rouge in the bottom of the first. With his team trailing 2-0, Ynegas took a changeup from Shafeeq bin Fakhry and stroked the home run to center. His 8th home run of the season allowed the Brass to leap in front, 3-2.

"Nice to see our side come away with the win," Ynegas said after the game.

Baton Rouge has run its win streak to 14 straight.
