The Pennsauken Flyers beat the Tortolita Drummers by a score of 9-4. Pennsauken right fielder Ricardo Martínez deserved the lion's share of the credit. Martínez hit 2 home runs. He drove in 5 runs and scored twice for the Flyers. Pennsauken goes to 30-27, Tortolita to 34-23.

Pennsauken used a well-timed hit by James Bradley to capture the win. The catcher socked a bases-clearing double in the top of the fourth inning to put the Flyers ahead, 6-4. Though it was his only hit in 3 at-bats, it was important.

"The credit goes to our offense," said Pennsauken manager Culley Adjeng.
