Conditions were not ideal but Nashville and Pennsauken were able to put their game in the books.
The Pennsauken Flyers went down to defeat to Wendell Latham and his Nashville teammates. The final score was 4-2, in favor of the Hot Chickens. The 9th-place Hot Chickens lifted their record to 25-38.
Hudson Williams, who is tied for 9th in the PAAA with a .355 on-base percentage, contributed to the Nashville win with a run-scoring single in the top of the eighth. For the game, the second baseman had 2 hits in 4 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 1 run scored, and 2 runs batted in.
