A nice crowd turned out for a clash between the Tortolita Drummers and Sacramento Redlegs.

Starting pitcher Phil Berry pitched well enough to help the Tortolita Drummers beat the Sacramento Redlegs, 5-3. Joe Jenkins nailed down the save.

Left Fielder Tak-keung Zha made an impact for Tortolita, when he swatted a run-scoring double off Roy Huntingford in the bottom of the fifth. For the contest, Zha went 2 for 3 with a double and a walk.

Zha told the Tortolita Gazette: "Win or lose, I don't want to see our team outhustled."

At 29-37, the Drummers claim 7th place in the Premier AAA.
