Lynx Get Dramatic 9-7 Win
|
José Uranday left his imprint on the 9-7 Calgary win against the Pennsauken Flyers. Uranday, who leads the PAAA in triples with 5, was 3-4 with 3 singles and a walk. Calgary has 3 straight wins, Pennsauken 4 straight losses.
The decisive blow was delivered by Benno Luby in the bottom of the 11th when he hit a 2-run home run off 25-year old right-handed pitcher Felipe González to win the game for Calgary. The home crowd went nuts.
"Enjoyed this one," Uranday told the Calgary Daily. "But it's back to work tomorrow."
