Zebulon Pike was outstanding against Norfolk. The right-hander, who leads the PAAA in strikeouts with 91, had a fastball that was virtually unhittable at times. The result was a Redlegs 5-0 win. The Redlegs saw their record improve to 42-30.

Pike kept the Pajaritos under his thumb. He scattered 3 hits over 6.1 innings, while striking out 9. The right-hander upped his season record to 7-4.

"Getting ahead of the hitters was the key," said Pike.
