The Ellenburg Fighting Dachshunds defeated the Pennsauken Flyers, 6-4, at Pennsauken Park. Ellenburg was led by 30-year old right fielder Carlos Manuel, who was 3-5 with a home run and 2 singles. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. Ellenburg is 39-37 and Pennsauken, with the loss, 43-33.
Corey Howell, who was drafted in the 3rd round of the 2057 draft, aided the Ellenburg cause with a run-scoring walk in the top of the first. For the game, the shortstop drew 2 walks.
