The Pennsauken Flyers topped the Tortolita Drummers, 4-1, in USPL Triple A action at Pennsauken Park. The standout performance belonged to Pennsauken pitcher and Brandon, Florida, native Dave Henley. In 7 innings, Henley surrendered 5 hits, while striking out 4 and walking 2. He allowed 1 run. Robert Walls wrapped it up, recording his 2nd save.

Michael Dixon dealt the Drummers a blow in the bottom of the sixth. Batting with runners on 1st and 2nd and Pennsauken leading 2-1, Dixon, who was drafted in the 3rd round of the 2058 draft, hit a 3-1 cutter for a run-scoring single.

"This is not a one-man show," said Henley. "A lot of the guys stepped up."

The 8th-place Drummers dropped to 34-47.
