Hot Chickens Deny Redlegs, 3-2

The Nashville Hot Chickens picked up a win at Hot Chickens Park, knocking off the Sacramento Redlegs, 3-2. Starting pitcher John McGrath was a big reason why. The 9th-place Hot Chickens lifted their record to 38-53.
Making an impact for Nashville was first baseman Hudson Williams. Candyman drilled a run-scoring double off Zebulon Pike in the bottom of the fourth. For the game, Williams went 1-3 with a double.
Nashville manager Paul Dawsey called it "a darn good win."
