The Pennsauken Flyers knocked off the Ellenburg Fighting Dachshunds, 7-3, in USPL Triple A action at Pennsauken Park. Pennsauken pitcher and Pecos, Texas, native Rickey Montgomery had an outstanding performance. The triumph puts Pennsauken at 51-43 for the season.

Kenny Wilson had a big 3-run home run for the Flyers in the bottom of the fourth inning. With Pennsauken leading 2-1 and runners on 1st and 2nd, he sized up a changeup from 20-year old right-handed pitcher Kiyonaga Kondo and punished it. The result was his 2nd home run of the season, which put the Flyers on top, 5-1.

"I still think this team can play even better," Wilson told the Pennsauken News.
