Rocketeers Need Extra Frames to Get Past Patriots
The Seattle Rocketeers got a hard-earned win over the Boston Patriots, 8-5, in 10 innings. U-ram Chong provided some offensive muscle for Seattle. He went 2 for 5 with a home run, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. The winner in relief was Ben van de Loo. He is now 2-1. The right-hander allowed 2 runs on 3 hits in 1.1 innings. The Rocketeers now have a record of 28-25.

In the top of the tenth, 32-year old second baseman Shi-ping Le delivered for Seattle. That's when he belted a solo home run, putting the Rocketeers up, 4-3. It was his lone hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a climactic one.
