Rock 'Em! Sock 'Em! Mangione Blasts 3 Homers in Seattle Win
The Seattle Rocketeers finished off the Toledo Stingers, 12-3. Much of the credit belonged to left fielder Luigi Mangione. Mangione slugged 3 home runs, while adding 9 RBI and scoring three times for the Rocketeers. With the win, Seattle raised its record to 27-27.

With Seattle leading 8-3 in the bottom of the eighth, Mangione hit a grand slam home run off Toledo hurler Dave Hanna. It was the 11th home run of the season for Mangione and put his team ahead, 12-3.

"We hit the ball hard," said Seattle manager Andrew Powell. "Line drive after line drive."
