The Toledo Stingers earned a close win over the New Orleans Voodoo, thanks in part to Rodrigo García. The Toledo right-hander, who is tied for 2nd in the PL in quality starts with 9, played a key role in the 3-2 victory. Toledo is now 31-26.

Gregg Curtis was the walk-off hero for Toledo. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Stingers third baseman hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"Rodrigo was really locked in," said Toledo manager David Bunting.
