The Billings Polar Bears locked up a win at The Igloo, knocking off the Richland Rails, 8-4. On the mound for Billings was right-hander Rickey Hicks. He played a major role in the triumph. Michael Green picked up the save, his 1st. The loss drops the Rails to 5-3.

Feng-linag Ling contributed to the Billings win with a 3-run home run in the bottom of the third. For the game, the catcher had 2 hits in 3 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 2 runs scored, and 3 runs batted in.

"Getting a lot of baserunners and getting some timely hits, it's a good combination," said Ling.
