Pollard Picks up 3AA Monthly Pitching Honor

The August Pitcher of the Month has been chosen and the M3L Double A award went to Casper hurler, Ernest Pollard.
During the month, Pollard was impressive with a 2.43 ERA and 5 wins and no losses. In 37 innings he struck out 35 and gave up 32 hits and 9 walks.
In the current season in 19 starts, Ernest Pollard has a record of 14-3 with 117 strikeouts in 131 innings and a 2.82 ERA.

Medina Garners 3AA Batter of the Month Award

Richland Rails fans believe they've got a talented young star in António Medina.
He did nothing to dissuade that notion in August, as he hit .423 with 4 home runs, 23 RBIs and 10 runs scored.
The end result was the second baseman being named the M3L Double A Batter of the Month.
This season, Medina is batting .335 with 107 hits, 10 home runs, 59 RBIs, 37 walks, .405 OBP and has scored 49 runs. He has played in 89 games.
