Star of the Week Awarded in 3AA

The M3L Double A presented its Player of the Week Award to Arizona Javelina center fielder Tom Gardner.
"His numbers speak for themselves," a club publicist said. "He's been really seeing the ball well."
Indeed, Gardner has. Last week he went 10 for 22, batted .455 with 2 home runs and 4 RBIs.
