In the 4-3 Cape Coral win over Nova Scotia, the impact of Don Clarke was substantial. Clarke, the 8th overall pick in the 2060 draft, went 3 for 4 with 2 home runs and a walk. The win belonged to Mark Smith in relief. His record improves to 5-0. Stan Carter took the loss for Nova Scotia. The 8th-place Hurricanes bumped their record to 36-40.
