Salinas Hits Two Homers in 8-5 Win for Dayton
Dayton shortstop Fernando Salinas had a 5-RBI game, which helped his team beat the D.C. Divided, 8-5. Picking up the win was Glenn Hughes. He went 8 innings, allowing 5 runs on 7 hits. The right--hander struck out 4 and walked 3. The Dirty Reds have now reeled off 6 straight wins.

Salinas broke a deadlock in the bottom of the eighth inning, when he drew a walk, driving in 1 run, putting Dayton up, 6-5.
